Submit Your Proposals

AEESP 2027 is accepting proposal submissions until August 26th, 2026. We welcome proposals from faculty, students and postdocs, practitioners, community organizations, and industry.

Networking & Events

Texas Food Trucks Festival

Attendees will enjoy a Texas-themed evening featuring local food trucks, live music, networking opportunities, and special programming.

Stubbs BBQ & Line Dancing

The conference will conclude with an evening celebration featuring Texas barbecue, live music, line dancing, transportation, and student award recognition.

Sunrise “On the Go” Chats

Optional morning networking experiences along Lady Bird Lake will provide opportunities for informal conversations among attendees, industry representatives, and community leaders.
